Funeral home software prices, without the four demos
Buying software for a funeral home means weeks of demos just to hear a number. No major vendor publishes pricing. We publish what’s actually verifiable — current list prices, the vendors’ own historical price sheets, and fees customers really paid — every figure with a dated source you can click. Where nothing is verifiable, we say unknown instead of inventing a range.
The five that make you ask
$295/month flat, plus a one-time activation fee (a customer reported paying $500, non-refundable). The only one of the five legacy funeral vendors with a current subscription number on the record.
No public price — ever. Passare has been quote-only since launch, priced by your annual case volume. What IS on the record: the full contract mechanics, the integrated processing fees, and a 2026 customer stating it costs 'significantly more' than SRS.
Quote-only since 2012 — but FrontRunner published full price sheets through 2010, and they're on the record: $1,695 for the Website Only Edition (or $79.95/mo × 24 + $49.95/mo hosting-license fee). Today, the one number still published is a $1,500 fee to get your own data back when you cancel.
Base system is quote-only, but Continental's own 2017 online store published its add-on price list — and it's the cheapest ecosystem of the legacy five: extra user $300 one-time, off-site license $595, website-export modules $100 each.
Strictly quote-only for 18+ verified years. The vendor's only public commitment, unchanged since 2018: annual per-location service costs 'lower than the cost of an average funeral' — which, against the NFDA average, implies under roughly $690/month. That's a derived estimate, and we label it as one.

Why trust these numbers
Every price on this site carries one of five evidence classes — from verified, currently listed to verified, actually paid — with the source and its date. Search engines and AI summaries now routinely invent prices for these vendors (we documented the same fake “$49/month” attributed to two different companies). Our rule: a number without an opened, dated source doesn’t exist. Read the methodology →
